Hi, I’m Gina.
I used to feel such intense speaking nerves, I would break out in hives during presentations! This experience made me hate speaking up and I got really good at avoiding it.
Once I realized that effective communication, whether to one person or 100, was the only way to make an impact, I started investing my time and energy into getting better at speaking to groups and in public.
My biggest hurdle wasn’t learning the practical how-to’s but understanding how to manage my mindset and be okay with not looking perfect.
By learning how to shift the core beliefs that had been keeping me stuck, fearful, and anxiety-ridden, I was able to translate my nervousness into feelings of excitement.
As an ICF Certified Professional Coach, I use my past fear of speaking publicly, my undergrad in psychology, master’s degree in integrative health, training in conflict resolution and decade studying personal development and the science of transformation to help others turn their fears into confidence as fearless, WOW speakers.
